Purchased on January 27th, 2022

I bought this trailer brand new for work. My work situation has changed and I no longer need a trailer. It is still in immaculate, brand new condition. It came winterized from the dealership I bought it from & is still winterized. None of the plumbing, water lines, shower, or toilet have ever been used. It has only been towed 350 miles ever and is now being used as a sleeper trailer while I am still in the area working until the end of May. I cannot sell until mid-end of May. But it will remain strictly used for sleeping, no use of running water, bathroom etc.

All pictures posted are pictures of the current condition of the trailer. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, no smoking or pets inside. No scratches or dents. Has a standard queen size Murphy bed that folds down. The bed folds up into a comfy couch & acts as a living room area with a TV. Two large bunks with storage underneath. Dinette area that can serve as additional sleeping space, with additional storage in benches as well. Spacious bathroom. Lots of storage in kitchen, which is equipped with a Furrion 3 burner propane stove & small oven. Also has a large 10 CU FT Furrion fridge and freezer. Lots of hidden storage in the interior as well as exterior. Has a large storage compartment on the outside. Comes with an outside kitchen, which has a mini fridge and stove (neither have been used yet, still brand new). Bluetooth speaker, solar panels, propane heater, AC, exterior mini fridge, awning, exterior lights, exterior bluetooth speaker, flatscreen TV.

Comes with a Fastway e2 equalizer hitch, ready to tow. Hitch was bought brand new from the dealer as well. Will also throw in the 2 propane tanks I bought for it. Comes with all of manufacturer manuals for all appliances the trailer is equipped with.
