This is a highly sought after 2011 Winslow Peterson Excel 5th wheel trailer in awesome shape and everything works. It has 3 slides and 10 gallon hot water heater. Everything in this trailer is in mint condition on the inside. Just had the carpets professionally cleaned. If you dont know about these trailers they were the best made on the market and so well insulated that there is a 25 to 30 degree difference between the one made today when they are closed up and in the heat of the sun. The trailer has been under warranty throughout its life up until last year and has a new air conditioner and updated parts on water heater as well a new faucet in kitchen sink and new vent covers.
Anytime something needed repaired it was. If you don't know about these trailers I can tell you they are cooler inside by 25-30 degrees than most other trailers that are made today. I know this as I took mine down to trade in on a new one and decided to not as a result. New 14 ply tires and a spare. Ready for the road . I am just looking to pay off to buy a home. There is a receiver hitch on back for towing additional trailer behind. Ceiling fan and vent fans work well. The awning is in perfect shape and is covered by metal when it retracts to protect it and the awning is electric. Trailer brakes very well and all running lights and tail lights.
