We bought our RV in May of 2021. It was driven 100 miles than parked in a seasonal campground in Arnold’s Park Iowa where it currently sits. We absolutely love this RV but have outgrown it and now are looking at a condo in Okiboji. what this unit is loved for the floor plan for the front living room and the rear bath. This is meant for full time living as it's rated for all 4 seasons! A ton of storage too!!

Our favorite part of the RV is the open floor plan and the MASSIVE bathroom. This RV has all of the features needed to be a fulltime RV or something thats going up and down the road. This is rated for all 4 seasons, and has 3 MASSIVE ACs to keep this unit cool in the summer. PVC roof is super easy to clean!! We are motivated to sell and would entertain offers.
