2012 Itasca Ellipse 42QD This RV is in great condition, low mileage and has been kept inside when not being used. It always gets thoroughly washed before being put back inside. It has many amenities found in newer RV's. The interior is a gorgeous combination of light cream colored plush leather with dark mahogany trim work and cabinetry. The driver & passenger seats are both power, heated and swivel around to act as extra seating in the living area. There is a full bath in the rear complete with washer and dryer and plenty of storage. There is a half-bath with toilet/sink midway in the coach that is accessible while slides are in. The coach is equipped with an AquaHot 450D hot water and heating system. This means unlimited hot water, as well as an engine preheat function, undercarriage heat as well as 2 zones in the coach. There are 3 A/C units on top of the coach which provide plenty of cooling and also act as a heat pump for cooler nights when you don't need the AquaHot. The kitchen is equipped with a full size French door style refrigerator, tons of storage, a large convection microwave oven, a propane gas cooktop, extendable counter space and a dishwasher! The dining table seats 2-4 people very comfortably and includes a leaf. The bed has been converted from King to Queen to give extra room for getting in and out. This coach is equipped with a central vac system that comes with a hose that will reach anywhere inside as well as many attachments. There is also an exterior hose attachment to vacuum out the compartments or a vehicle. The living area is equipped with a large flatscreen HD TV, DVD player w/ surround sound. There is a DISH brand auto-seeking satellite and receiver included as well. There are a total of 3 TV's: 1 in living area, 1 in the bedroom and one in the slide out for exterior viewing. All tires are in great condition and all the rear tires are new. The headlights and turn signals have all been converted to LED and has LED tail lights as well. There is an abundance of storage in the compartments underneath, with a sliding rack accessible from both sides with an 800LB weight capacity. There are all new batteries which includes 6 for the coach and 2 for the Diesel engine. There is a Cummins Onan 10KW onboard diesel generator which uses fuel from the main disel tank.
