This is a great trailer! My wife and I lived in this for almost five years in California until we moved up here are were able to buy a home. I've made a few modifications, mainly adding drawers and shelves. This trailer has been well taken care of and maintained very well, since this was our home. This unit has a den/office/guest room and large kitchen with a lot of counter top space with a few added drawers. Has a long sofa in the living area that pulls out into a king sleeper along with the power reclining chairs that have heat. In the "den/bunk room" is a love seat that pulls out into a queen sleeper. Also has a desk and cabinets for storage. Above that is the queen loft that has its own lights and venting along with more storage. The one bath is a normal size bath, good size shower and a new toilet. The 12gal water heater works well and will give you about 15 min shower running on power and gas. The main bedroom is fitted for a queen but a king might fit. Large main closet and smaller closet that is washer and dryer prepped. This unit has two AC's that work great, two grey tanks 40 gal each and one black tank about 40 gal as well. The fresh water is 90 gal. Generator and solar prepped as well.
