We purchased this from the original owners, an older couple, last fall. They hadn't used it the last 2 years due to her health issues. We bought it because it was the holy grail having the largest chassis, the E-450, with the shortest body, 22.5, 24.1 with the nose included. This allows you to park in all the spots that restrict to 25 feet or less in tourist spots.

We took it on one 600 mile trip last fall to pick up an El Camino. We boondocked in a Walmart parking lot along with the semi's and another RV and everything worked great. It didn't even phase it to have a loaded car trailer behind it.

When we bought it last fall we did these things to it:
Went over all the original roof sealant with several coats of top rated Henry 100% silicone sealant
Full synthetic oil change
Spent $650 in batteries including 2 new house batteries, top rated Weize 100AH, as well as a new Napa AGM main battery this week

Added 3 Maxxair roof vent covers to the vents
Replace bathroom fan with a full size high volume fan and a halo light
Added a trailer brake
Added a Curt 7500lb ball and mount with a quiet hitch bracket

We also have a new set of Goodyear airbags for the rear that are included but not installed
We also have on order the most wanted steering upgrade to all motorhomes, the Roadmaster Reflex steering damper. This takes the factory play out of the steering wheel. Combined with the air bags and sway bar it will handle like an SUV. This is so popular it will be July before it is supposed to come. This will be included in the sale also.

A full cover for the motorhome is also included as well as new sewer hose, rubber roof wash, tank chemicals and whatever else we have for it.
