Included is sway bar. Equipped with 2 burner propane stove, a/c, frig, tv, microwave, cassette toilet and outside shower. Bed area is 64” across x 77 1/2” long. Bought new and used very little. Easy to pull with my Ford Edge.  Mostly dry camping except for cassette toilet. Still carry a loan so that will be cleared before it leaves my possession. I can text more pics if needed. No delivery.
