This Model 24D is the most popular floor plan of all class C's. I have improved its desirability, handling & comfort by adding a rear Hellwig Heavy Duty Anti-Sway Bar & replacing the standard front seats with custom, wider, plushier & more supportive units that swivel & tilt via a single lever & have 2 armrests each. I have also reconfigured the medicine cabinet & the galley overhead cabinets for more useful storage by relocating the TV & microwave. Included are the following extras, a 32" HDTV, LG-SiriusXM Info Center w/a truck & RV GPS app, Heated Holding Tank Drainage System, Front cab window blinds, A/C heat pump, Diesel 3.2 KW Onan generator, Front cab seat booster cushions, Electric stabilizing jacks, Extra basement storage LED lights & a Winegard signal booster. This has been very lightly & carefully used & maintained by a nonsmoking retired couple with no pets & no covid (had all shots). We've easily gotten 14 to 16 MPG.
