A second battery has been added which extends the time you can “dry” camp with her. The entrance step has been upgraded to a “Solid Step” increasing the stability for on boarding and off boarding. The 13,500 BTU AC has been upgraded with a “Soft Start”. This allows a 2000 watt generator to run the AC off the grid. Included is bike rack for two bikes. Included is a 2” square hitch with 2 3/16” ball to fit the trailer with anti-sway attachments for a smoother ride. There is a clean 10’ Rhino sewer hose with end caps that fits in the bumper. The Mini Lite was stored on our asphalt drive way. The inside is clean. The 4 person dining table converts into a 2 person bed. There are two 1 person bunks. The master bed is queen size with a comfortable built in electric heater. There is a comfortable sofa. Inside is a TV that can be moved outside. There is an entertainment system that plays DVR or DVD with indoor and outdoor speakers. Included is an outside gas grill. The outside awning extends 15’ out. For inside cooking it has a 3 burner gas stove with glass stove top cover and a gas oven. The microwave is over the stove with a built in exhaust fan. In addition to this exhaust fan there is a Maxxair four speed turbo exhaust in the bathroom. There is a vent over the master bed. The inside refrigerator is gas or electric. There is an indicator panel to tell you the level of the 43 gallon fresh water tank, level of 30 gallon sewer tank, level of the 30 gallon grey water tank and battery voltage indicator. Also, there is a digital voltage indicator. In the water tank there is a heater that can be turned on to prevent freezing. The 6 gallon hot water heater is electric or gas. There is a spare anode. The outside under a panel has a slide out sink/2 burner stove/refrigerator for your outdoor enjoyment. There is plenty of storage with one large through compartment and 3 smaller ones. There is a black water flush connection. There is a cable connection. The trailer includes two full 30 lb propane tanks. The unit has been winterized this year. The title is clear.
