Beautiful motor home in like new condition. Spacious, comfortable and fully loaded. We are the 2nd owner of this fantastic motorhome. The previous owner sold it to us in excellent shape. We are selling it to the next owner excellent condition as well. The residential size queen mattress comes with an extra think foam topper for extra comfort. The sofa is equipped with a queen size air mattress that fills automatically when it’s open. This coach has an 80 gallon fresh water tank and 53 gallon gray tank, and 43 gallon blank tank which allows you to “boondock” off grid for many days comfortably. There is an 18 gallon propane tank and an on board generator. The kitchen is loaded with a 3 burner gas stove and oven, mid sized gas/electric refrigerator, microwave/ convection oven combo unit, a large pantry and plenty of drawers for storage. The AC until cools the entire coach easily and runs off of the generator or electric plug in. The furnace will run off of the propane, generator or electric plug in. The power awning provides an additional outdoor space for any type of weather. Additional features: tow hitch, kayak rack for two kayaks, bike rack for two bikes, 4 TVs (one is outside), cover for winter storage and all hoses and electric cords.
