1981 Airstream Excella IIAll appliances have been replaced except for the water heater which works great and has been upgraded to work off of shore power as well as standard propane. New stainless Atwood range and stainless dometic 2 way refrigerator.New 40,000 btu upgraded furnace. AC works well and blows cold. Propane lines inspected and serviced, also added quick connect for grill, etc.Added 2 maxxair fans and custom lights at front and rear of trailer.Lots of storage inside, new tires installed this year. Awnings on all sides in good functioning condition. Driver side awning is all new. Blue decal stripe and blue plastic inserts all replaced in 2019 at Jackson Center OH Airstream factory service center in addition to other service and maintenance. We did have a tire blowout and there is some damage, as pictured, on the driver’s side from the tire. City water fill cover popped off during blowout. We have a replacement that we have not yet installed. Water tank is able to be filled with fill valve installed inside the trailer previously. We were full time for 2 1/2 years in this trailer, traveling while I worked as a travel nurse. No moisture or mold issues. Windows were resealed in 2017. Nature’s Head composting toilet is currently installed. Plumbing is still in place underneath to switch to a traditional Rv toilet. Feel free to contact with any additional questions.
