This camper is in good condition always been kept clean, will be sold as a complete package that includes, heated water hose, black tank hoses, a Anderson 5th wheel to gooseneck hitch, WASHER AND DRYER that’s like new only used maybe 3 times. There is a lot of money in extras to come with it, the washer and dryer alone is 2500 and the hitch is a 900 dollar hitch that all comes with the camper. Tires are still in great shape the camper is a 4 seasons package so you can use it all year round has a heated under belly. Has 2 15000 btu ac units and has a 40,000 btu furnace all work great. Ten Gallon hot water tank with a new heating element. The canopies work great and are in great shape hardly ever been used also a outside tv that has never been used. All the slides have are covered by a canopy also. The slides all work as they should. NO LEAKS, the camper has had one little leak when we first got it on the main back window was fixed immediately by dealer they did a ugly job but never had a issue since. Has a beautiful kitchen with a FULL SIZE FRIDGE and freezer that works great with ice maker. Has 4 slides 2 in the living area and 2 in bedroom one slide is in another slide which makes the bedroom seam huge for a camper. Has huge underbelly storage along with cabinets and storage all over on the inside for all your camping essentials. The bathroom is awesome as nice as could be for a camper, huge shower that can fit 2 comfortable with a folding Bamboo seat, and has his and hers sinks also. The roof was always checked twice a year and added sealant anywhere was necessary highly recommended continue ins that practice. This has been a great camper and would make someone else a great camper also. What I know is wrong with it is very minor, but there is very minor mildew stains on some places on the white parts of the exterior from sitting, also there is a little scuff on the dryer cabinet door from rubbing while moving, the couch has a little scuff very small and there was a screw that was coming loose in the floor that had to be cut and ran back in then epoxied half the size of a penny very small, and both fireplaces have quit working you can get both replaced for 400 dollars I just don’t have the time to mess with it but we never really used them so it’s mainly just a visual thing easy fix though but I just want to be completely open with anyone interested that is the only things wrong that I know of. This camper is still extremely nice and priced very well.
