Sale Pending. Wonderful vehicle! Extremely well-maintained 2012 Ford Truck E-350 Super Duty (5.4L MFI FFV SOHC 8cyl). Lots of enhancements: Cat's Eye dually inflation system (enhances safety, monitoring of inflation levels & ease of inflation (single point)), quality windshield privacy cover (Elements brand), new front tires & alignment, range cover, propane connection (hose) for outdoor grill & auxilliary tanks, replacement microwave oven, truck battery & carbon monoxide/propane gas detector replaced in the past year, ladder installed for roof access and seven plug for towing. The only thing that does not work is the black tank level indicator. I have never used the stove but it worked when I bought the motorhome. I have never used the dinette as a dinette, so you will need to replace the cushions if you transition it back from a bed. High quality De Longhi portable air conditioner with venting (see photos) for pet safety and desert travel (jump seat was removed) - not to worry, roof air conditioner works great.
