Very lightly used Grand Design Momentum 397TH (Toy Hauler), fifth-wheel RV. 43' 3", with a 12' 6" garage area, complete with tie-downs, vapor vents, full bath/shower/toilet, and fueling station (external). The ramp can be converted to a patio area, complete with fence, gate, and stairs with railing. Everything works. 50amp breaker was installed in front generator/battery compartment, similar to the 2019+ upgrade (ask if you have questions). This is the Super Sofa floorplan, with 5 recliners on the living room slide-out, sitting in front of the main TV. Master BR has TV; Garage has TV; and there's one outside to enjoy, as well. Sofas are easy to remove, should you want to use the space for pet beds, or a small table and chairs. Small scratch on outside garage side door, and one sofa chair. Other than that, this is very clean. All tires are in great shape. The 5kW gasoline generator has less than 30 hours on it. This is a very nice, very spacious, and very comfortable RV. We have an inspection from Feb 2021 conducted by Lemon Squad, available for review is requested. It has a top notch, removeable, Curt Q24 5th wheel hitch on the puck-system base (factory on vehicle), and rear air bags for towing with a level bed height.
