This unit has been taken care of and is in excellent shape. Great for families who have the need for additional storage or for those who have motorcycles or toys to put in the hauler. The ramp becomes a patio space for entertaining and there is plenty of sleeping room.

You will find an island and leather furniture in the living space with a large TV for your entertainment pleasure with Blueray DVD player and sound system.

The bathroom is spacious as is the shower. The bathroom opens directly into the private front bedroom complete with King size bed, flat screen tv and storage galore.

You will find 2 electric awnings one off the main entry door (16') and one off of the garage portion of the unit (12'). There fuel tanks and a generator for our off the grid weekends.

This is a one owner RV that has been loved and taken care of. As empty nesters the owners are looking for a change and would welcome any questions.
