She was a great starter camper to cut my teeth on, but I have up-sized. Has a wet bath, with shower/potty, 5 gallon hot water tank, 25 gallon fresh, 12/12 black/gray. Bed/dinette converts to king sized space. Appliances all work, fridge runs on propane or electric, hot water heater is manual light, the tongue and leveling jacks are hand crank as well. Tires are a couple years old. Tows nicely at this weight, I used to pass people on the highway :) Would retail around $4K in mint condition, but after 12 years of ownership, she does have a couple minor issues. Hot water tank has some rust, only one interior outlet works anymore, and awning is a little quirky. Hitch, sway bar, and cover included, will need new battery and LP tanks.
