With 55,000 miles on the clock, this van has many adventure miles left. All the recall work is done and documented. All service has been through a local reliable Grease Monkey and is also documented. This van sleeps four; two in the pull down Murphy bed and two in the coveted ‘puzzle bed’ made up from the dinette. It is totally self-contained with on-board kitchen including: Corian countertop, drawers and storage cabinets, two burner propane stove with glass cover, large refrigerator, stainless sink and microwave. The wet bathroom has been flawless and we have enjoyed hot showers after long days out. There is a 22” digital flat screen swivel TV with a Bluetooth DVD player and stereo system, with remote. Step out of the sliding door (with sliding screen) under the self-supporting powered awning; outside lighting and speakers make relaxing in nature easy and comfortable. Built on a 2017 Dodge Ram ProMaster chassis. The 3.6L gas engine may not be powerful but is certainly eager and regularly gets 17+ mpg. Other conveniences include: powered fold-in side mirrors with defrost, ABS brakes and running lights. There is a full size snap on bug-screen across the back of the motorhome to bring in the fresh air. Plenty of storage in the back, either with the bed up or down. The 13,000 BTU air conditioner runs on 120 volt electricity or the generator. The quiet and efficient Truma system heats the air or the water uses 120 volt or LP gas, with 12 volt controls. The 2800 watt Cummins Oman generator runs on gasoline and has been exercised regularly. It has 70 hours and the last oil change was at 20 hours. A small hand pump for doing the oil change is included in the sale. Tanks- 21 gallons fresh water capacity, 15 gallons gray water capacity and 11 gallons black waste capacity. Factory installed upgrades include bright silver paint with black around the windows, rear mounted ladder and bike rack (holds two bikes). We have kept the van well maintained with very few mods. There is a paper towel bar, extended winterizing hose, some command hooks (easily removed), relocated fire extinguisher and upgraded outside weatherproof speakers.
