All work above completed by Dixie RV at time of purchase. MSRP sticker when purchased was 106K plus the 10K in upgrades. -Exterior slide out tv added. - Residential refrigerator included. IF INTERESTED: We will sell the rig fully loaded with dishes, pans, everything that is in the storage area that is needed to camp whenever you like which is a ton of stuff. We are not buying another camper so do not want to have to pay to store a fully stocked rig.

5th Wheel is stored in Foley, AL about 45 minutes from Pensacola Airport. I have a very flexible schedule as I work from home and can meet pretty much any time. I will not hold it until it is seen and money is in hand. I have free and clear title in hand. I will not be coming off the price at least at the beginning.
