LOCATED IN MARYLANDWe are looking to sell our 2006 Georgetown Motorhome due to health problems. We have had many years of camping and have made wonderful friends along the way. This also comes with extras including tow bar and hitch, brake buddy, custom made front and side screens to block sun and more privacy. When they are on you can still see outside. We added plexiglass to the screen door so you can have the air conditioner or heat on but not feel closed in. The refrigerator is 2 years old and the microwave is approximately 3 years old. We removed the old box TV ‘s and replaced with 32” Visio smart TV’s in the front room and bedroom. This also comes with a winter cover used twice. It has always been covered in the winter. Tires are very good less than 3 years old. On milder cool nights we never turned heat on but used a small fireplace heater seen in the pictures which we will also include. This is key turn ready and comes with a full tank of gas purchased at Costco on 10/06/21
