This camper is fully loaded. It has the winter upgrade with heated tanks, the offroad upgrades, the largest air conditioner that came with the camper which has ductwork everywhere inside. I have put about $38,000 in purchasing the camper and adding the solar system. It has an aftermarket 400 watt solar system with 400 amp hours of battery storage. It sleeps four or five (fully loaded). It sleeps two in slideout bed and two in master bedroom. Here is a link to the brochure:

This camper was used for 2 trips across the US and about 6000 miles on it. It is currently parked on a piece of property and has been covered with a tarp until I listed it for sale. This camper has around $5,000 in solar upgrades (including value of labor). It has a lot of new parts. Brand new mattress, never slept on. Brand new reclining chairs x 2. All of this is in addition to the standard features that come with the fully loaded RV. I had warranty work done before the warranty expired in June 2021 and everything that was not working (which wasn't much) was fixed. The stereo/dvd player should have been replaced but they didn't and I just noticed it doesn't work. It does NOT have a warranty currently.

Solar System:
It has a 400 watt solar system with 400 amp hours of battery capacity. This camper has a 40 amp/hour upgraded battery charger, a 3500 watt inverter. It has 4 Renogy solar panels 100 watt each for a total of 400 watt solar panel input. Currently, it has 2 x 200 amp hour deep cycle batteries for a total storage of 400 amp hours. This solar system allows battery powering of TV, radio, computers, small fan, lights, dehumidifier, all without having to plug in to power or run a generator all day and all night. This system can be upgraded significantly with more solar panels or lithium ion batteries, but it is not necessary. A B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch w/slide for sale seperately for $500.
Here are the wear & tear items:
1. 4 inch piece of trim on inside bottom of slideout broken - asthetic only
2. A couple of shades had something splattered on them need to be replaced
3. An upgraded battery monitor would be nice. $50+45 minutes install
