Description

We purchased the RV in the fall of 2019 to take cross country for 2 months in 2020, then the pandemic hit and we lost our window of opportunity for another couple of years. We have only put 2,300 miles on it since purchased and only took 2 trips to NH & OH. Previous owner had it for about a year and took it camping once. First owners I was told were an elderly couple that traded it in for a newer model in 2018. During our trip to NH I towed a Honda Goldwing on a trailer and it has zero problems and you could hardly tell it was behind us. It has a strong engine that drives like a large van, tight turn radius, fits in a regular parking space with a little overhand in the back, and gets 15-16 MPG, which is amazing. The only reason we are selling is we aren't going to get to use it much over the next few years. It is ready to use today. Why pay double the cost or more for new? RV looks like new. Inside is immaculate. Outside you can only tell it's used due to some small cracks in the yellow decals, the top of the awning when deployed shows some wear, and a few cosmetic scratches. We have regularly been asked if this is a new model due to it's appearance. All factory recalls were performed in 2020 by a Ram dealer. It was just serviced at the Ram dealer last month and they replaced the brake booster pump and hose as it was causing the brake light to come on occasionally for no reason.Since purchase it has these repairs/upgrades: (2020: radio antenna, bathroom skylight cover (had small crack letting in moisture between external and internal panels), RVLOCK keyless door entry with 2 FOBs, 2 pet doors leading to custom litter box setup (never used), SUMO shocks front/rear, seat covers for table seats, most of the undercarriage was primed and painted with Rust-oleum paint when shocks were installed, interior of rear door painted) (2021: CAMCO Aero-Flo vent cover, 2 foot section of exhaust replaced, stairs painted and new tape applied, shower fixtures, external door seals, external stereo speakers, Michelin tires in July (about 1,000 miles on them), OEM coach battery, air and cabin filters. It also has a safe installed by previous owner and a cover.Everything works except the outside digital temperature reads off at times, which appears to be a common and in the driver's mirror and can like be replace at little cost. It has all options for this model including tankless water heater at
