One owner, excellent shape! Everything works as it should, lots of storage inside and out. Couch and dinette fold into beds. Outdoor speakers, power awning with full length LED light. Has gas and/or electric water heater, tires are all in great condition including the spare. Rear receiver hitch with electric hookup added by metal fab shop (very sturdy and was pricey to add). Cargo carrier sells with the camper. Always shedded, used very little overall.
Only flaws are a small area on the floor is scuffed up from a rock or some debris under the slideout while it was extended or retracted (can send a picture of that if requested as I already maxed out the pictures for this ad). Also, the first 7 inches or so of the awning fabric is torn from the camper. We purchased it this way new from the dealer and the tear has not gotten any worse since then and we used the awning probably every trip. It's currently sewed up as best as I could but it's still visible, again I can send a picture of that if requested. Other than that the camper is in like new condition.
