My husband and I used the Momentum in Florida for 3 months. Purchased in Florida and hauled it back to Vermont where it has only been used locally a handful of times. We are not going back to Florida this winter so we've made the unfortunate decision to put it on the market. We absolutely love the RV (it's our 2nd GD - moved to a larger hauler) and hate to part with it but it doesn't make any financial sense to have it sit unused for the winter. We've had no issues, it's clean (non-smokers) and ready for its new owners to enjoy.
