This is a great trailer! Well taken care of and has been my wife and mine home for the last four years. We bought the trailer in Oct. 2017 but is a 2018 model. Never been through a long winter as it has spent its life in CA. Has tons of room and storage space. This is a great full time model or weekend. I have added three new draws and floating shelves in the bedroom. We moved here to South Dakota and ended up buying a real house, so need isn't there anymore sadly. I do want to say, the water heater did spring a leak just before we moved into our new house, but is under warranty by Suburban. Has a brand new toilet as well. We are trying to sell it quickly as we now have a mortgage and don't want to trailer payment. Please let know if you have questions.
