This beautiful 2020 Palazzo motorhome is in incredible condition. With all of the labels and cluster film still in its place, it's like it hasn't even been used. With ample storage within and beneath, there is always room to bring what's needed for your vacation get away on wheels!With two large awnings, exterior LED lights, and outdoor entertainment system, you'll find you can have fun at all hours, day or night! Outfitted with a washer and dryer, two AC units, a full size domestic fridge, large domestic convection microwave, beautiful stove top, tankless water heater, 35k BTU furnace, electric fire place, 4 TV units, two sound bars, and a stand up shower, it's like you haven't left the comforts of home. Everything you need, ready to go!A drop down bunk above the cockpit, sofa bed, dinnet bed, and king size bed ensure there's enough room for everyone to have a cozy sleep. Powered by the 6.7L Cummins with 340 HP and 700 ft lbs of torque you can ensure power and fuel milage won't be an issue. The trips we have performed have been pleasently surprising in that regard! The XC-S freightliner chassis has been fantastic. The multiplexed system with their digital gauge cluster is phenomenal, and easy to use. All of the in house and awning functions can be actuated by the digital control panel inside, the mini actuator switches located throughout, or your phone, including generator start and stop functions, The auto level system is a breeze to use, and the entire set up of the RV can be done in no time, and by one person. Documentation is available for up to date services, winterizations and general maintenance if so desired. Reason for selling is, we are downsizing to a 5th wheel that will better suit our family dynamic. We look forward to someone making new memories and enjoying this wonderful motorhome!

I can line up to have this unit cross the border and shipped all the way to thr southern states for about $3500-$4000CAD. Or, I can have it taken just on the other side of the border for about $500-600CAD and you can pick up from there.
