This is a beautiful example of Tiffin’s most popular model of motorhome the Phaeton QBH. This is the 40’ model with a bath and and a half floor plan. Unit has the following options plus some I’m forgetting I’m sure, 3 tv’s, dish winegard travler satellite system, residential French door refrigerator, propane gas 3 burner cooktop, convection microwave oven, stacked washer and dryer, queen size bed, sofa pulls out into queen bed with smaller jackknife sofa on passenger side, upgraded led interior lighting, new tires all the way around in Nov. of 2018, Saftey T steering stabilizer installed 2019, new radiator in 2018, and recent service of chassis and generator 4/2021. This unit belongs to my uncle and I am just listing it for him. The reason they are selling is that they have upgraded to a larger newer unit. They have the title in hand and are ready to sell.
