Interior - Large rear living area with ceiling fan, electric fireplace, telescoping TV, sound bar, and DVD player. There is a 7' couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, as well as a Lay-Z-Boy reclining loveseat. Kitchen has an over-sized island with double sink with covers, giving plenty of working counter space. There is also a lit pantry, 3-burner stove with oven, microwave with convection oven, and a full-size double-door residential fridge with bottom-drawer freezer with ice maker. The dining table seats 4 and has a hinged pull-out leaf to extend the table (we've sat 5 comfortably). Plenty of cabinet space throughout the rear living room and kitchen. Bunk room has a single bunk with a jackknife couch below, plus wardrobe, 2 drawers, 5 cabinets, and an entertainment inset with pull-out keyboard tray. King-size loft located above the bunk room is cable-ready, has a pull-out ladder, has a manually operated roof vent, and can be used for either sleeping or storage. The bathroom features full-size walk-in shower with seat and glass doors, a chair-height pedestal toilet, sink, and lots of cabinet space plus towel shelves. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with under bed storage, dresser with 4 drawers and TV above with sound bar; a large closet with a drawer, shoe shelf, and clothes rack; a laundry shelf with laundry hamper; and an independent washer and dryer (not a combo unit or all-in-one). Interior also has 2 remote control vents with rain sensors (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen). Power converter has been upgraded. Interior windows are insulated and feature both day and night shades. RV has 2 A/C units that are dual-ducted, and rear A/C functions as a heat pump as well.

Exterior - Lippert 6-point hydraulic one touch auto-level system. Outdoor shower. 2 gray water tanks and 1 black water tank with flush system; all tanks have tank heaters. Large pass-through storage basement with central vac and outdoor stereo. Also has a separate, large front basement. Three 20-lb propane tanks. The 10-gal water heater can be operated by either electric or propane (or both - switches are in the control panel).
