This coach is in good condition. I have been the only owner. I purchased it new in 2014. It has a few little cosmetic issues such as the paint is beginning to fade from the sun. A few scratches from trees and such going to camp grounds etc. This is a very nice coach and I loved the layout with a kitchen island and 3 slides makes it a roomy coach when you get to your destination. We would open it up and roll out an area rug and it became just like home. It has a full washer and Dryer and it works great. It only has 37K miles and I serviced it regular. Last year I put new house batteries total of 6. She is ready for the road. Drives and rides great. It has Michelin Tires and they all have good tread. The tires are about 6 years old but are in good shape.
