Great year and model Lance 1575, as this comes with the tankless water heater and enclosed, insulated and heated fresh water tank. The trailer is in great condition with no fading on the outside and minimal wear and tear on the inside. My wife and I bought it a few months ago thinking a remote position would work out. We recently spent over $1400 on getting it inspected and roof resealed on June 24, and put brand new Goodyear Endurance tires on it as well.
This trailer comes with a Honda EU2000i generator, Blue Ox Weight Distribution Hitch, Prodigy wireless trailer brake system, comfortable mattress pad, 30 amp power cable, 30 amp to 50 amp dogbone adapter, 50 amp surge protector, Camco Sidewinder sewer hose support, a water hose, filter, and water pressure regulator, Camco RV 90-degree sewer connector, Propage Guage Level Indicator, 25 foot coax cable for TV, and a Bearifi Outdoor USB Wi-Fi Extender Antenna.

Again, a great trailer and towed wonderfully with my 2021 SR5 4Runner. Could be safely towed by anything able to tow 5000 lbs. With the WDH and brakes I never felt in danger or unsafe. 4Runner also for sale if you're interested, only 6500 miles.
CONS:
The cushions on the dinette are showing some wear.
The Outside speaker is blown.
The converter is making a whining noise meaning it'll need to be replaced soon.
The refrigerator does not work off house power.
