Description
Sold! This is a great coach that has been very well maintained, it has 60,000 miles on it. It has brand new toyo m-144 tires dated 2020, brand new house batteries last year, engine batteries last year, two new xantrax inverters 2 years ago, 12500 Onan generator new stator and rotor 2 years ago with all belts etc done same time with coolant flush 2300 hours currently. New fuel filter and priming system installed this spring on the cummins 500. 45 foot long with 3 roof airs and with heat pumps, air #3 new two years ago, along with a full aqua hot system with radiant furnace heat which was replaced with new in 2015. All interior lights to led along with new led docking lights and high output headlights installed. Most marker lights outside led as well. New convection / microwave 2 months ago. It has a Cummins 500 HP non DEF engine and that is linked to a Allison series 4060 heavy duty transmission and coach has 15000lb towing. . There are 3 smart tvs in the coach and there is theater surround sound in the salon. There is a mobile sat for direct tv (i assume it works but we never used it) Solid hardwood cabinetry throughout coach. It has granite countertops throughout the coach. Ceramic tile floor and carpet make up the flooring. The rear closet was turned into 2 entertainer style bunks with lights and elec and memory foam mattress. They could easily be removed. New king mattress recently too. The washer and dryer works perfectly with a new vent hose installed this year. The Sofa and booth dinette benches were new 2 years ago. This coach does not just sit around as we put about 10-12 k miles a year on it since we've owned it. I purchased from the original owners out of Texas and it was garage kept and is still kept under roof. We absolutely love this motorhome but are trying boating for a while. Please know whatever this coach needed it got. I have 20 plus years maintaining and operating trucks and busses so little was overlooked. Just ask my wife! Just last week I installed a new slide controller for slide# 2. The front tv is in process of being replaced but the the cabinet is currently empty. I was considering changing the cabinet to match the ones beside and remove the tv but I was over ruled. The one picture shows the top of the entry door awning has a little clearcoat flaking. There is also a little clear coat breakdown on the top of the roof near the airhorns. The coach looks very nice but I want to be as transparent as possible.
