Very good or excellent condition.  We are the second owners.  Bought it March 2021.  They took excellent care of it and so have we. Still looks new inside.  New tires.  Pugs.  AC and heat work great.  Lots of storage for a 23 ft hybrid, 31 ft when open.  Two queen pop out beds. One slide out. Sleeps 4 comfortably, sleeps 6 total (dinette and sofa make into beds). Refrigerator. Freezer. Stove. Oven. Microwave. Shower. Sink. Toilet. Propane. Electric. Can be towed safely with a 1/2 ton pickup. Everything functions properly.  No issues.
