New AC unit is one year old, 30 amp, tires are 1 year old. Power awning with LED lights, comes with 4 flat screen TV's, coffee maker, toaster. Issues: Has an on board Onan generator that will crank but when put under load when AC compressor kicks on takes the generator offline.
