This 31’ bunkbed floorplan allows for sleeping room for up to 10 people in a class C! 80”x60” queen bed w/night stands and large wardrobe, 2 bunk beds, convertible sofa bed, convertible dinette and large over-cab (larger than queen) bed. 2 large slides for great living space. L shaped kitchen area with 3 burner stove and oven and microwave. Tons of overheard storage.

House batteries could use replacement, I always used alternator or shore power. Front bucket seats are peeling bad and could use seat covers. Caulk could be freshened in places (caulk included), but roof in excellent shape, come see!

Ford v10 Chassis in excellent shape with only 28,652 miles on it!
