The bed is king sized and very comfortable. The sofa folds out into a queen sleeper. 3 burner stove and oven. There is a fully functional outdoor kitchen, that also has a small refrigerator, and stove top. Two TV's and a mount for a TV outdoors. The awning is 15 ft, and is power retractable. Stabilizers and trailer lift are both powered. 50 amp service. It includes many accessories, and the Blue OX towing system we put on it. We are selling because health means that it we won't be camping anymore.
