2018 Jayco North Point 377RLBH with $4,500 in Extras 

Rear living bunk house model in great condition.  We have lived in the RV full-time since we purchased it and have absolutely loved the layout.  We are the original owners and have kept the RV very well maintained.  Low miles traveled (under 500) and everything is in working order.  We are including all the extras we found essential for RV living (see below).

Additional details/info:
There is no queen mattress included due to us utilizing our own mattress.  By not including one it will allow you to purchase a mattress to your liking and comfort since most RVs come with basic/cheap mattresses that are poor quality and uncomfortable. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom.  This has a table and chairs instead of a dinette/booth.  This has a residential fridge.  There is an outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge, two burner stove, and large counter top for food prep.  This has three propane storage slots; two 30 lb propane tanks in the left side propane storage bay and a 40 lb tank in the right side storage bay (also including another 40 lb tank with this so 2x 30 lb and 2x 40 lb).  The couch has a small tear on the seat.  There is a small tear on the floor near the island.  Microwave was replaced approximately one year ago.
