Description
PRICE DROP
Coachmen Concord Class B+ (also known as “small C”) Motorhome. It’s 23.5 ft. Clear title current registration Sleeps 2-4 people. It has a jackknife sofa and dinette that seats 4. It has one slide in the “living room”. The overhead is an awesome entertainment center with a new flat screen TV and sound system. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer and ample storage. There are two cedar lined closets. The bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and a brand new toilet we are having installed. The interior is the nicest version available with upgraded cabinets and lighting. It has a back up camera. We have just replaced both the coach and truck batteries. It has a fully operational generator. It has a tow hitch and is capable of towing a small “toad”. The tires are two years old and are regularly checked and rotated (most recently June 2021). The central heat and a/c blows ice cold and toasty warm. I have all original manuals, records, warranties and the canvas storage bag. There are absolutely NO soft spots, body damage or water damage. The roof is in perfect condition. There is a vast amount of outdoor storage.
In the interest of full disclosure: The carpet is somewhat stained. We were planning on pulling it up to put down laminate but haven’t had a chance. The step is bent. We haven’t bothered to fix it because we use an aluminum step (which we would include). The mileage is 170,000+. The first owner worked for the US Forestry Conservation Corps and traveled extensively in it. Since I’ve had it I have traveled coast to coast a few times. It has been meticulously maintained with the fluids, hoses and belts checked regularly and regular service/oil changes (most recently June 2021). I have not had one moment of mechanical trouble. The Ford engine is a beast and a workhorse. There is a small spot on the back of the dinette that my dog chewed while he was feeling anxious. There is a split in the leather on the back of the driver’s seat. That should be all. I would encourage a full inspection.
