One family owned Very low mileage Ford Triton V10 gas powered 1998 Minnie Winnie.  My aunt bought this motorhome in 1998 and I bought it from her around 2007.  I have always maintained it since new though with an open checkbook.  I am selling it only because I recently bought a Super C Duramax diesel powered Jayco Seneca. This motorhome is very reliable with around 26,000 miles on it.  True mileage is slightly behind because of the common Ford odometer gear breaking a couple of years ago.  I have only taken it to the Smoky Mountains camping a couple of times since then, so 26,000 miles is a very close estimate and tire replacement receipts over the years will prove this.  Current odometer reading is at 24,690.  Recent maintenance included 6 new tires within the last 1 to 6 years, driveshaft u joints and new brake calipers/rotors/pads/hoses and spark plugs in 2019, matching Cooper tires - 3 tires in 2015, 3 more in 2018, and 1 in 2021 (curbed a 2015 tire in Maryville TN last fall).  Onan generator runs great with 189 hours. Everything works properly on this motorhome and mechanically it’s a ‘drive anywhere right now’ 10.  Inside appearance is a solid 9 with only very minor imperfections.  I would say the outside appearance is an 8 due to the common problem Winnebagos of this vintage have with water intrusion into the siding in a few places.  I’ve never seen one of these years without this issue and this one is not very bad compared to most others.  Cold AC both the cab and the roof unit.  No damage history or wrecks.  If you’re looking for a great entry-level RV that won’t leave you stranded somewhere, this is it.  It is VERY easy to drive (my aunt was 85 when she bought it) and I would drive it anywhere.
