For sale is our 2016 Coachman Freedom Express 248RBS.This is the very popular "couples trailer" design. My wife and I have lovingly used this trailer, and have found it to be ideal for both travel and destination camping. We are non-smokers, and have always winter covered the trailer. The coach has a dinette slide-out, and allows full use of all interior amenities when traveling and the slide is in. This trailer includes many major upgrades, which you will find very helpful when traveling. We are selling only because we decided we wanted even more space and purchased a larger unit. Although we tow with a 3/4 ton truck, this trailer will do very well with a 1/2 ton truck with V-8 engine. Here is a list of the options we are including. Please keep in mind that I am very skilled when maintaining and installing new equipment, and tend to replace running gear items long before they are worn out. This trailer features side wall construction using AZDEL, which will not delaminate. Here is our list.

1. 2019 replaced 4 tires with Good Year Endurance.
2. Remodeled the outdoor kitchen, installed space for water filter system. Removed refrigerator in outdoor kitchen, space available for small portable refrigerator (not provided)
3. New Dexter self adjusting brakes, drums and bearings (original brakes not self adjusting)
4. Installed Equa-Flex Equalizer
5. Installed full trailer Triple Water filter system
6. Installed Progressive hard wired 30 amp EMS Surge protection system
7. Installed PEPWAVE POYNTING internet router antenna with ground plane. ( I am keeping our Pepwave router receiver, however you can order your own receiver and easily install it. This system is awesome, as it picks up both wireless and campground internet and runs it with a secure wifi signal in and around your trailer. The hard work is already done. Requires receiver and SIM card from your internet provider.)
8. Brand new Queen 60" x 80" mattress. (Never used, still in plastic wrap)
9. Covers on both roof vents
10. Custom built Corian stove top cover.
11. Installed Keyless door lock system
