We are selling our "like new" travel trailer with bunkhouse ONLY to upgrade to a fifth wheel. This trailer was a "no pet" and "no smoking" trailer. There was never any water damage or mice while in storage. The roof was washed and sealed twice a year. I have even cleaned the underbelly and kept up with any of the normal surfaces rusting because I hate rust(pic included to prove). There is one year left on the extended EasyCare Gold warranty and one year on the exterior shield coating, both expires 8/1/22. The camper still smells new because it was clean after every trip. The main bed was upgraded to a real 14" mattress because we all know what a camper mattress is like. The video link shows this exact camper and it is still pretty much in that condition. The table was never used as a bed and the living room sofa was only used once as a bed. Two 30 pound propane tanks and two batteries included. I will answer any detailed questions upon interest.
