2017 Lance 2185. We are 2nd owners since Nov 2017. Garage kept. We are selling due to purchase of new Lance 2375. This lance has the 160w roof mounted solar panel, 2-6v batteries and upgraded battery box. Goodyear Endurance tires (spare tire as well) with about 6k miles on them. This lance tows like a dream! Slide awning. Dinette cushions have had custom covers since new. We only have 2 of the 3 bunk mattresses because thats all there was when we bought Bob. Back-up camera with monitor. Bathroom and living room ceiling fans have Maxxair vent covers installed. Living room fan is a Fantastic vent fan. Outdoor speakers have been replaced and upgraded. Propane valve is upgraded. Wheel bearings have recently been repacked and greased. I installed a lexan cover over front window to protect glass from rocks and such. It is velcro'd on and easy to remove. This is a very well built trailer and tows so much better than your average trailers. It has a low center of gravity and very aerodynamic. We took a month long 5k mile trip in 2019 and did not have 1 single issue! As of this listing, the only thing that comes to mind is the awning LED strip is not working. I have a new strip but have not installed it as of this time. Bob is in very good condition. He has a few dings for a 4yr old but overall is in great shape. All manuals and literature included.
