This RV is a RARE FIND! BEAUTIFUL, Excellent Condition and hardly used. It has ALWAYS been covered. We are the 2nd owners for 6 months. The 1st owners, older retired couple always kept it in an enclosed barn, we the 2nd owners 6 months under a pole barn. Both owners are/were very meticulous! We are selling to build a pool for grandkids! The sofa bed has been slept on one time. The furniture is excellent condition with no wear, (Lazy Boy Recliners) carpet is excellent, electric fireplace, 4 slides, beautiful Corian Countertops, LOTS of storage. The Pics don't lie, It looks NEW! It has a upgraded King Mattress, plumbed for washer/dryer. We upgraded the Living Room TV with a 40" Samsung Smart TV with Sound Bar and Subwoofer. We took it to the beach last month and received lots of compliments and several people thought it was a 2021! You don't find many RV's that have been covered and maintained this well!
