This Nash by Northwood, model 24 5N, is in very good condition overall (with a few exterior blemishes as you would expect with a 2005 year model). It tows very well with the gooseneck hitch. New upgrades/additions have been made, including: tires, Insignia tv, led light replacements, fans installed in ceiling vents, digital thermostat, TM 2030 solar charge controller and battery monitor, two solar panels. Everything works as it should with one exception - the electric side of the water heater is not fixed as we always used the propane option which works great.
