Great layout with TONS of storage. Great for any length of trip. Single owner; clear title. Add-ons include: sway control Equal-i-zer, slide cover, Surge Guard and 100W portable solar panel. Everything is in good working order with the water heater heating coil and anode recently changed. Tires are stored covered. There are superficial blemishes on the bedroom wall and on one of the dinnette seats (behind the cushion) otherwise the trailer is in good working order with good to excellent appearance.

We're looking to downsize. Could be interested in a smaller 22' or less Outdoors RV.
