This Rv was purchased new by myself so its a one owner. I have taken it to camp less than 10 times, hence the only reason I am selling it. It was my dream 5th wheel. It has alot of room and an outside kitchen with a small fridge and sink and a retractable TV that comes down from ceiling. It has led lighting and an awning that extends and retracts by a button. It has 2 entries to the bathroom which was important to me so that I could go to bathroom without leaving the bedroom. It has washer/dryer hookups in closet which has never been used. A fireplace in living room that can blow heat if needed. Extremely comfortable theater type seating that recline all the way back so you could sleep in them too. A couch that makes down into a bed and sliding doors that can close and make the living room private, which was important to me so that my guests sleeping in the living room wouldn't be disturbed when I got up to make coffee! A sound system through out the camper and outside. Lots of storage underneath. 2 AC's one in bedroom and one in living room, both work great. It has coriander countertops so they look like granite.
