Located in southeast Wyoming near Laramie. This is a great little trailer with a short queen bed in front and a couch in the slideout. The mattress has been replaced with a Zinus 8-inch memory foam mattress. The roof caulking has all been replaced by a private RV repair shop since the original caulking job from the factory was less than adequate. The shower drain has been replaced with a flexible fitting to prevent the drainpipe from breaking. The wheel bearings were repacked by an axle specialty shop and should be good for another 2-3,000 miles. The jack is a Lippert Quick Drop Tongue Jack that works using a drill with the same socket as the stabilizers, or as a hand crank. The awning is a Thule manual awning. I never had the table in the trailer, but the table is included. I also took the front panel off the couch to provide more storage room, and the panel is included. The trailer has a 3-way refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, outdoor shower, solar plug-in on roof (no panel is mounted), Rhino rack bars, two 12-volt batteries with battery shutoff switch, and rear ladder. There is no television in the trailer. Title in hand.
