The reason for the remodel was to open areas and have increase the open feeling. This trailer has never been wrecked or had any work performed to it. Conveniences: electric auto leveling system, new sailun 14 ply tires, 1 king bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. 1 1/2 bath. The full bath has upgraded shower head and metal faucet for the sink. The bunkhouse has a separate half bath. Domestic fridge, gas stove, gas/ electric hot water heater, outdoor cooking area with mini fridge, microwave and cooking eye. The rear of the camper has an outdoor shower head with hot and cold water. 16 foot awning. Underside storage, rear rack, 5 slides.

Included accessories are 9' shade for 16 foot long awning. Anderson hitch, all adapters for power. Extra 25' power cord extension, water filter and hoses, sewer hoses (5) and the y connector to tie 2 tanks, I have all factory manuals and information.

The camper is only being sold because our lifestyle changed and it doesn't get used as often anymore.
