Carriage was known in their day for building THE BEST campers available - and 2007 was one of their best years. This is a TRUE 4 SEASON trailer - well insulated, heated underbelly. This camper has been sitting quietly for quite a while waiting for a new owner who will use it and enjoy it. The interior is in SURPRISINGLY great shape - it literally shows NO signs of wear. NO leaks - NO odors - NON-SMOKING - NO pets.
Three slides, LARGE and spacious despite its overall 36 ft. length. Kitchen is equipped with a large convection/microwave; pantry has slide out secured drawers; functional center island; furniture is (really) like new; two additional folding chairs are stored in the bedroom closet. LOTS OF STORAGE inside & out. Wired for a generator WITH the gen switch inside next to the bedroom. Washer-dryer prepped.
