One owner. I've taken good care of this trailer. I think you would not be disappointed with it. Excellent condition, inside and out, considering its age. Awning replaced last October with upgraded, mildew resistant, awning. Replaced original tires and wheels with cast 16" wheels and 3500lb./tire Firestone tires. There is a gooseneck adapter currently on the fifth wheel hitch. It can be removed easily for fifth wheel use. Roof replaced last year. Not because of leaks (there has never been a leak) but because it ripped somehow. A/C unit replaced 2 years ago.
Extra wide bunkbeds. Full bath and shower. Booth-style seating at kitchen table. Giant pantry; the biggest I've seen in a trailer. Ducted A/C. One large pullout. Very spacious for its size, because of high ceilings. I've enjoyed this trailer immensely, and am only selling it because the family is not using it much anymore.
