Description
*SALE PENDING*
A fantastic original model R-Pod in great condition. Fits queen/short bed (current has a full) and couch pulls out to create extra sleeping space. Spacious kitchen area with refrigerator and two burner propane range (no oven). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
This camper pulls great behind our 2004 Toyota Tundra (V8, old body style). Lots of storage compartments and we have made several small modifications to create additional storage over the bed and above the refrigerator. All lights work and have been replaced with LED bulbs which have only had to be changed once in the last six years.
Water, grey and black tanks all in excellent condition with working gauges. Water heater heats up in about 10 minutes. Fresh water is 36 gallons and we've been able to take several hot (quick) showers while out camping. Has electric/gas heater when not near hookups and roof AC/Heat unit that works on electric. Exhaust fan in bathroom works great. Has been winterized every year we've owned it and have never had any leaks or issues with water lines. Exterior is rock solid and in great condition. New taillights.
The exterior passenger side, front and back had peeling vinyl when we purchased it which couldn't be repaired so it was removed, buffed and polished. Looks very cool and we left the driver's side vinyl for the new owner to decide what they'd like to do since it's still in good shape.
Only piece that is being sold as-is is the slightly torn (about 8") linoleum by the front step. It has not grown in the last two years as we keep it covered with a rug, but could easily be repaired by cutting a small area and replacing with new flooring.
Comes with these additional features:
- New memory foam mattress (currently has a full which allows extra storage by the wall but will fit a queen short)
- Bedding (pictured)
- Collapsable dining table
- Some utensils, plates, cups and assorted kitchen items
- Electric jack stand with light
- Upgraded Goodyear Endurance trailer tires, only have 1,500 miles on them
- Rear-mounted spare tire (also Goodyear Endurance)
- Leveling blocks (Trilynx Levelers)
- Stabilizing jack stands (front)
- Built in stabilizing jacks (back)
- Wheel chocks
- Propane tank
- Battery
- RV power cord with 30 amp adapter
- Towing hitch with welded sway bar (a great upgrade when traveling on windy roads)
- Extra LED bulbs
