2011 Tiffin 28' Breeze. Low miles 28,300. This coach is well laid out with everything accessible when the slide is in or out and ample storage. The size is very comfortable for traveling and great for the smaller sites in national parks.

This is a rear engine diesel with a 6 speed Allison transmission, Onan diesel generator, 2 a/c units with one of them being a heatpump, gas furnace, new Toro tires in May, 2017, electric/gas refrigerator 5 yrs old, central vaccum, Winegard satellite,
tv antenna, 2 tvs, surround sound system, DVD player w/surround sound, recently recovered power driver and passenger seats, jack knife sofa, solid surface countertops, two power awnings, power day/night shades on windshield, pull day/night shades on all side windows, cream interior with raised panel cabinet doors, Demco Model#9511010 tow bar and HWH computer controlled leveling system.

The coach has been well maintained. No smoking and no pets. All engine maintenance and oil changes have been performed regulary at our local International dealership. We have owned it for 7 yrs and have kept it in a carport enclosed in back and both sides until hurricane Sally in Sept of 2020. We were traveling so the coach did not go through the storm. The previous owner also garaged the coach.

For full disclosure we want to list the coach repair needs: 1. The couch and dining seat upholstery should be recovered as a result of the delamination problems. We always cover our seats with a throw anyway for our comfort so have just never gotten around to recovering these. 2. The heater core needs to be replaced. We were traveling when it went out so had it bypassed. We live in the south so never need the heat. 3. There is a small crack in the lower passenger side of the windshield. We had it repaired while traveling to prevent further running. It has held for 5 yrs so we chose not to replace the original windshield. If a buyer prefers that it be replaced we can have it done.

After researching the cost of the repairs the coach is priced at $82,000.

We tow a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4 WD with no problem. It is equipped for flat towing including RVi2 braking system. The current mileage is just under 72,000 miles. If interested in a good tow vehicle and the necessary equipment it is available for $15,000. (clean trade value is $16,125 / retail is $19,000)
